What should I do if the high-pressure blower is connected to the wrong wire?

When connecting the high-pressure blower, the user manual should be parameterized to prevent this kind of situation from happening. However, because the user group using the blower is huge, various situations also happen from time to time.

So, what if the wiring of a high-pressure blower is wrongly connected, will the blower be damaged?

First, let's talk about single-phase electricity:

It is a two-phase three-wire system, one of which is a ground wire, which needs to be connected to a place marked with a ground wire.

If the single-phase high-pressure blower is connected to the wrong wire, only a buzzing sound will occur after the machine is started, and the blower will not turn, then it should be changed to the correct terminal. Just try to turn it on. , Will not damage the fan. For details, please refer to: Blower wiring diagram

What about three-phase electricity?

The three-phase electricity is a three-phase four-wire system, with three live wires and one ground wire.

If the three live wires are connected incorrectly, the fan will also rotate, but the direction of rotation is not clockwise, but counterclockwise, and the wind in and out is also in the opposite direction.

Don't worry at this time, just change any two of the three wires to the lower position, and there is no damage to the motor part.

If the wires are connected incorrectly, the motor will generally not burn out, but it is not absolute.

If the blower is damaged due to incorrect wiring, this is not covered by the warranty. Therefore, when wiring, you must handle it carefully and make sure it is good.
