When installing the high-pressure blower, we will tell the customer that it must be installed firmly, horizontally or vertically, tighten the screws, add spring washers, do not appear to be sent, and comply with its balance. Why? The main reasons are as follows:
1. Reduce vibration; if the installation is not stable, there will be surging due to high speed and rotation during operation. If there is a little imbalance, due to the effect of speed, it will also evolve into a relatively large and dense jitter.
2. Reduce the noise; for the same reason, if the jitter is too large, then the sound problem is particularly obvious. Compared with the normal normal noise, the abnormal jitter sound will be much larger.
3. Reduce the stress on the operation; if it is not placed properly, it will increase its stress, which will cause a certain amount of loss and affect efficiency.
4. Increase the life of the bearing; if it is tilted, it will increase its wear and reduce the life of the front end bearing under the condition of high-speed rotation.
5. Reduce interference and fatigue to the operator;
6. Reduce energy loss, reduce resistance, and make it reach a good state of operation and use.
