Can A High-pressure Blower Pressurize The Pipeline?

The high-pressure blower is a forced conveying device. When the fan is connected, the air will be compressed and conveyed. How does the boost come from? When the fan is transporting gas, the front pipeline has a certain pressure, for example, the pressure is 30kpa.

But one thing to note is that in the face of higher pressure when transporting gas, the blower can force the air in the atmosphere into the pipeline.

However, during this period, the gas will be compressed and a certain amount of heat will be released. It can also be said that part of the energy is converted into heat, so when facing a higher gas pressurization, the heat will become higher.

The boost pressure of high-pressure blower is generally between 9.8-100kpa, so when choosing which model should be paid attention to, if there is already pressure in the pipeline or the inlet pressure, it must be calculated.

However, the pressure required by some customers is very high, a few megapascals. When the pressure range of our type of fan is exceeded, other types of fans, or compressors, and vacuum pumps need to be selected.

When looking at the pressure unit, you must be optimistic about the conversion and avoid choosing the wrong product due to the wrong pressure unit.
