It is essential to maintain the high-pressure blower. Regarding the maintenance work of the high-pressure fan, the following should be done:
(1) Clean the fan blades, the exterior of the casing and the outer surface of the motor. When the surface of the fan blades is oily, soak and scrub with detergent.
(2) Make sure to add or replace lubricating oil to each rolling part, and adjust the air valve transmission mechanism to make it flexible and reliable.
(3) Check the operation status of each component, and deal with it in time if there is any abnormality.
For example, check the gaskets and packing seals of each joint and replace them if necessary. Proper maintenance will invisibly increase the service life of the high-pressure blower.
